Fifty Shades Freed

Weeeee, I finally completed the trilogy. I can now continue living my life normally, minus the occasional mind boggling humungous effort not to be furious at a fictional character by the name of Anastasia super bitch Steel. This book is definitelyva page turner, I couldnt wait to get to the part that Jack Hyde or anyone at all succeeded in causing tremendous pain on that good for nothing girl. But I just kept on being frustrated. So, after about 7 days of skipping the pages with numerous scenes which make her the object of my gigantic nauseating hate, I got to last page. Yeah, there are several scenes of sweet love,..lame. I think it is just too extremely sickening to think that one can be as lucky as her. Her saving her virginity till after 20 does not entitle her to such great fortune and out of the world wonderful perfect man.

No, I am not always one who would not be able to appreciate a nice love story. A lovely lady and a wonderful man who deserves each othe and falls madly in love through thick and thin is actually very much my cup of tea. But this monster bitch is just not playing fair. What ever amazing achievement she managed is done by opening her shirt buttons or putting a superbly pretentious purr.

Glad the torment is over. And rather glad I came across this series. Makes me define the types I really cant like; of non-deserving prentending to be innocent but selfish gold digger.

Pagan Passions

Written or published in 1958, a story of Earth sometime in the future with Greek Gods having something to do with the governance. From the title one would expect some level of sex scenes, but this is actually rather implicit. It is quite ok I guess, different from the usual narrations of love, hate and somewhere in between. I actually don't quite get the ending.

A little princess

This is an ebook by Frances Hodgson Burnett downloaded via my account with free-ebooks. I find this narration quite moving. There's the happy ending of Sara Crewe, the orphaned girl, who lastly was embraced into a rich and loving man. But I still wish for the happy ending to be a surprise, Sara's father actually did not die and would get back to London to claim his daughter. This for me would make Sara's much happier.

Fifty shades Darker

I've finished the damned book in less than a week. Oh my, I think this is indeed the book I hate most, it's too damned nauseating. I just went on reading it hoping that the bloody bitch will be murdered or something really terrible befallen her. I dont remember ever being so sick of any other antagonists or protagonists in all the books I have read all my life. Feel like writing a very nasty email....

I cant believe such a character can exist in real life. I tjink James must know too, and she must know the kind of hate readers especially women would have for Anastasia.  I think many readers would actually stop after 10 or 20 pages, unable to bear their disgust towards the goody-two-shoes-good for nothing but unspeakable lust girl. Gray and his ex-subs were the way they were because of the horrible circumstances they had to endure in their younger age. But she, what excuse could she have for being that spoilt. She really deserves to be stoned to death.

Fifty shades of grey

I've finished reading this unique narration by E. L. James in just a few days. It has been ages since I last managed to do this feat of concentrating on a paperback for less than many months. In fact, I only started reading it about 2 or 3 months after I purchased the trilogy. The novel is definitely arresting to put it mildly. I never dreamt of it being with explicit sex scenes and bondage deyails when I bought it. Only after about half way of reading did I actually screened at the back page and saw that it's categorized "erotic romance." :)

I was thinking just couple of hours ago when I thought I was at the peak of the excitement, that this man E L James is really good. The way he describes Anastasia's inner thoughts, revelayions, contradictions, it's really bullseye.

Only after I slowly finished reading the book have I actually read the author introduction on the vrry first page and knew that EL James is a happily married eoman and a mum of two. Ahh, I should have known.  Really I feel, only a woman would be able to describe confusion the way this novel has.

I am quite jealous no doubt of Anastasia, for being the seemingly stupid girl who eould be able to get an enigma like Cristian to eat from her hand. I cant help but thinking of the character of Vega in Victorious, playing innocent child, but dressed sexy, walked and moved her hips as if dancing naked at the love pole, all the way giving the come undress and fuck me now look on her face, the biggest pain in the ass and my most hated type of a bitch. But Ana really coaxed me back to liking her towards the end by putting up a fairly strong "I must not do this If I dont want to" attitude.

I am so going to start on the second book now.....

Anathema-Book One in the Cloud Prophet Trilogy

This one piece written by Megg Jensen I read on wattpad. Not a bad one, in fact quite interesting for me as the subject matter differs from the common ones that I know of. It's the story of Reychel, a slave girl with powerful magical power of reading the clouds.

Angels and Demons

Within this month of August, managed to finish Dan Brown's Angels and Demons on Aldiko reader. Became interested to read after watching the movie on Astro. Thought of getting clearer perspective on the author's descriptions on Illuminatus, pope related matters and Vatican City insides. There were quite a lot of twists differing between the novel and the movie. Most surprising difference, Langdon was with the Camerlegno in the copter with the antimatter canister flying heavenward, but in the movie Langdon was on the ground with Vittoria and the many thousands of spectators in awe at St Peter's. In my opinion, the novel was more exhilirating.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte

How amazing. I actually managed to complete this sweet novel of 555 pages on my HTC Flyer's Reader App. Have been seeing this title in the top lists of most popular read but never had the opportunity to actually commit to read. Jane's life has been a truly heart rending one. Sad early childhood, her narration of being bullied by her cousins made my blood boil, gosh, there were times when I really felt like giving the spoilt brat John some good slappings. I think her enduring 8 years at the spiteful Mr Brocklehurst's Lowood institution for young girls has indeed crystallised her perceptions about life. Most interesting read for me would be the several chapters of how Jane persisted being head strong, firm and all the way motivated by her deep love for her Master Edward Rochester surviving and maintaining calm through the choking weeks of being brain washed and courted by her handsome cousin St. John for her to marry him and travel with him for missionary work to India. Definitely a worthy read of a classical novel.
